Welcome to Ceezee Learn! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ceezee Learn website, online platform, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using any part of the Ceezee Learn Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceezee Learn.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3.1. To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to: a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. b. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. c. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials and restrict access to your account. d. Immediately notify Ceezee Learn of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. e. Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. Ceezee Learn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
4.1. Ceezee Learn offers various online courses in languages and academic subjects. Details of each course, including content, duration, and pricing, will be provided on the platform.
4.2. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the specific course(s) you have purchased. Access to live training sessions will be provided via Google Meet links at the stipulated time.
4.3. Ceezee Learn reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add new courses or content at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice for significant changes to existing courses you are enrolled in.
5.1. All course fees are clearly stated on the Ceezee Learn platform. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
5.2. All sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided for digital content or online courses once access has been granted, except as required by law or explicitly stated in a specific refund policy for a particular course. Any specific refund policy will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
6.1. All content on the Ceezee Learn platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Ceezee Learn or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
6.3. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course material or content without the express written permission of Ceezee Learn.
7.1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes: a. Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user. b. Transmitting obscene or offensive content. c. Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services. d. Engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive. e. Sharing your account credentials with others. f. Distributing, sharing, or selling course content, Google Meet links, or any other proprietary information to unauthorized individuals. g. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems or networks.
7.2. Ceezee Learn reserves the right to remove any content or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these Terms.
8.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.2. Ceezee Learn complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) regarding the collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data. You have rights regarding your personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.1. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ceezee Learn. Ceezee Learn has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9.2. Our online training leverages Google Meet. Your use of Google Meet is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy. While Ceezee Learn facilitates access, we are not responsible for the functionality or any issues arising directly from Google Meet's platform.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ceezee Learn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Ceezee Learn does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall Ceezee Learn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ceezee Learn's website, even if Ceezee Learn or a Ceezee Learn authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in Nigeria.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ceezee Learn, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by negotiation between the parties. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Nigeria having competent jurisdiction.
Ceezee Learn reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
